4. Structure and performance
1). The whole set of equipment consists of three parts: base body, brain fixation frame and head rest. According to the needs of the operation, it can be assembled and used arbitrarily.
2). The skull frame, extension arm, converter, and base are all made of carbon fiber material, meeting the requirements of X-ray transmission. The fixed structure adopts a crank connecting rod structure, and the locking is fastened by a lever handle, which is safe and reliable.
3). The whole set of instruments is reasonable in design, fine in manufacture, compact in overall structure and small in size, so that the range of surgical activities is relatively increased, and the physical strength of doctors can be reduced from the surface.
4). The device is easy to install and adjust, which greatly shortens the time for preoperative preparation.
5). The standard titanium alloy head nails and the optional X-ray transparent head nails can be sterilized by high temperature and high pressure, and can be sterilized by ETO or steam. It has a damping pad to prevent the head nail from loosening and shaking.
