It is designed for use on the fracture table plate to reduce pressures and shear at the sacral area. Used on traction frame, placed at Sacral and perineal regions, protect hip to avoid pressure sore. These pads can be used together to reduce pressure and shear on the patient's scrotum and upper leg areas. It also eliminates the tedious chore of wrapping and re-wrapping the fracture table post with various makeshift items such as gauze, towels, etc.
